About Showtime Physique Wellness Center

Showtime Physique is a wellness and fitness center located in downtown Winston-Salem, in the historic West-end district.  Showtime Physique has been serving the community of Winston-Salem for over 16 years.  Our focus is helping individuals obtain a healthy and functional lifestyle, through wellness and fitness coaching.   Showtime Physique provides a private, intimate and safe environment, while performing our one on one or group sessions.

 

In addition to assisting with weight loss/ weight gain, improving strength and flexibility, the staff at Showtime Physique also specialize in wellness coaching for cancer patients.  The staff is trained to help those individuals who are current cancer patients or survivors maintain an active and healthy lifestyle through our Cancer Exercise Specialist Training. 

 

Showtime Physique also address the needs of the aging population, through our  Functional Aging Specialist Training.  Using age specific exercises and techniques we help older clients overcome health and physical issues that may limit their daily activity.
